Specialty Insurance for Municipalities and Specific Industries.

Companies in certain industries and municipalities have unique needs for insurance. As a full-service agency, Fairview has capabilities to offer specialty insurance to these types of clients. Our specialty programs include:

National Equipment Dealer Program. This program is designed for construction and forklift dealers and rental operators. It covers property and business interruption, inland marine, commercial general liability, business automobile, umbrella, and workers compensation. Coverage for pollution liability, employment practices liability and steam boilers are optional.

Wholesale Program. This program is for wholesale companies in the following industries: food products, apparel and other textile products, furniture and fixtures, rubber and plastic products, leather goods, glass and clay products, fabricated metal products, and electronic equipment. The program is designed to keep insurance costs down without sacrificing complete coverage. The policy includes property, general liability, and automobile and systems breakdown coverage. You may also add workers compensation and umbrella insurance.

Municipal Program. This program is designed for municipalities that may already have some coverage and want to add others. It covers: commercial automobile, commercial general liability, commercial property, workers compensation, commercial inland marine, commercial crime and bonds, commercial umbrella and others.

Auto Dealer Program. This program is geared toward franchised auto and truck dealers. Coverages include liability, dealers open lot, comprehensive property and time element, mechanical breakdown, crime, commercial inland marine, contingent lease liability, pollution liability, employment practices liability, umbrella insurance, workers compensation and dealer bonds.

Attorneys Package and Professional Liability Program. This program is for law firms. It includes coverage for lawyers professional liability; business personal property; equipment breakdown; business income-valuation on billable hours; tenants; fine art collections; employee dishonesty, forgery, money and securities; workers compensation; and business automobile.
