Strategic Planning. We help you perform a complete evaluation of your employee benefits program, including a benefit and financial analysis. Measured against your short- and long-term goals and any applicable collective bargaining agreements, we help to determine benefit levels that are both compliant and cost effective. If you need to change or upgrade your existing plans, we can help you develop bidding specifications and RFPs to send to prospective providers. We can then help evaluate the responses you receive.

Many of our clients work with labor unions. Fairview knows how to work within union constraints, and can provide you with relevant benefits information for union contract negotiations. Prior to the actual renewal date, we will meet with you to review your goals. This may include plan redesign, modified employee contribution schedules, alternative funding considerations and specifications for a bidding process to market the program to competing carriers.

Enrollment and Education Meetings. Fairview coordinates and conducts open enrollment programs. Carrier representatives will discuss plan designs and answer questions from employees.
