American Cancer Society

Dear John:
Thank you for supporting the 8th Annual Starry Night Gala, A Broadway Celebration. You are making it possible for us to finish the fight.
In a single inspiring evening, nearly 250 guests and volunteers came together to help raise more than $215,000 to fund the American Cancer Society’s fight against cancer. The beautiful Show Choir, our incredible Master of Ceremonies – Joe Piscopo, our lively band – The Cameos, our remarkable honorees, and most importantly, your support has established a new standard in fundraising. In just 8 years’ time, the Starry Night Gala has raised over $1.6 million. We are committed to making this cancer’s last century and your generous support will help make that a reality.
Mr. Joseph Trunfio, Ms. Lydia Nadeau and Dr. James Wong’s continuous dedication to the American Cancer Society symbolizes both the science and charity involved in finding a cure and eliminating cancer as a major health problem. Thanks in part to their commitment; we have been able to save more than 1.5 million lives domestically in the past two decades.
Once again, thank you for helping to create a world with less cancer and more birthdays. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Nancy Marino, Senior Development Manager at 973.285.8039.
With gratitude,
Barbara Ann Sellinger

New Jersey Hall of Fame | 2014 Induction Ceremony

January 12, 2015
Dear john,
On behalf of the Commissioners and the Board of the NJ Hall of Fame, we are most thankful for your generous donation to November’s induction ceremony. By all accounts, and thanks to your help, it was the most successful event in the Hall of Fame’s history!
The NJ Hall of Fame, as a 501 c-3 charitable organization, relies solely on private dollars to sustain our mission of honoring these extraordinary new Jerseyans every year. This year’s class, including stand-outs Brian Williams, and Howard Katz, made national headlines with their emotional remarks about their home state. But, as we know, the most important thing about the Hall of Fame is to continue our primary  educational mission both through sustaining the mobile museum and to enhance the educational curricula that uses NJ Hall of Fame inductees as life models for our young people. You never know which Hall of Famer may ignite a spark of genius in today’s seventh grader!
Once again, thank you. We hope we were able to provide you with a memorable evening and hope you will join us again next year.

Township of Bloomfield

Dear Mr. Graham,
The Township of Bloomfield has been using Fairview Insurance’s Risk Management services tor over 10
years. The Township has always received the highest level of service from your staff. We are especially
thrilled with the recent changes to the Township’s Workers Compensation program. Fairview Insurance
facilitated the transition to a new Third Party Administrator and a new Managed Care Organization to
handle workers compensation claims effective 1/1/2013. Since the transition, the Township was able to
save $1,043,036 in workers compensation costs in 2013 and the Township is projected to save almost
$1 ,600,000 in 2014. We are grateful for the results.
The Township looks forward to continuing to receive this high level of services for years to come.
Sincerely,

Woodland Park Board of Education

Dear Mr. Graham,
I wanted to take the time to let you know about the outstanding service that the Woodland Park Board of Educationhas received from your firm over the past year. All of your staff members, specifically Zach Edelman, Tom FitzPatrick, and Danielle Voda, are always professional and responsive to the District’s insurance needs. All insurance mattersare handled quickly, and the District is consistently updated on any pending matters. You have a knowledgeable andfriendly staff that works quickly and efficiently for the District.
I would like to specifically point out one case of your team’s persistence and excellent service. The District had aBoiler and Machinery claim that was initially denied by the insurance carrier. Your team at Fairview was able to getthe insurance carrier to rescind the claim denial and the District received a check for $35,802 shortly after. This is agreat example of the hard work that Fairview consistently provides to the District.
Additionally, the insurance renewal process this year was seamless. I enjoy working with the Fairview Insurance team and look forward to working with your firm for years to come.
